Domestic shipping options: FREE
All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
unless a customer specifically requests another carrier and provides carrier
account details. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped – P.Love, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the
carrier.
International shipping: FREE
All
items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless a
customer specifically requests another carrier and provides carrier
account details. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their
order has shipped. Shipment to countries outside the U.S may be subject
to taxes, customs duties and import fees. These are due on delivery and
paid directly to the carrier. P.Love, LLC is not responsible for delays in
shipping caused but the carrier or customs.
Returns:
If for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer
either an exchange or refund. Please contact us via email before returning any
item. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned
with all original packaging, all labels intact, and not washed, worn, altered
or damaged in any way. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand with P.Love, LLC. We recommend taking out insurance on any returned items as we will not be responsible for lost return packages. If items are damaged upon delivery or the wrong item is shipped, please contact us within 3 days at: contactus@plamour.com
